Withdrawals

  1. HOW CAN I MAKE A WITHDRAWAL FROM MY ACCOUNT?

    You can request a withdrawal of funds at any time, if you meet all the requirements and are authorized in the system. You can also withdraw funds as many times as you like, but due to anti-money laundering and fraud prevention laws that Betsofa adheres to, we have to confirm your Identity and Address before processing any withdrawals in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Only 2 (two) withdrawals are allowed per day, without any fee charged by Betsofa. In case you exceed the withdrawal limit of winnings, we can apply a 10% payment processing commission from 3 (third) and all subsequent withdrawals of winnings.

  2. ARE THERE ANY LIMITS ON HOW MUCH I CAN WITHDRAW?

    You can familiarize yourself with the limits of withdrawal amounts in the "Terms and Conditions".

  3. CAN I CANCEL A WITHDRAWAL REQUEST?

    If the withdrawal has not been processed yet, you have the option to cancel it by going to My Account pending withdrawals or you can contact Customer Service support@Betsofa.com .

  4. WHY CAN’T I CHOOSE BY WHICH METHOD I WANT TO GET PAID?

    Due to Anti-Money Laundering laws, it is our policy to ensure the money is going back to the original source that made the deposit when possible.

  5. DO YOU CHARGE ANY WITHDRAWAL FEES?

    Generally, we do not charge any fees. However, withdrawing funds without game-play or not meeting the wager requirements before withdrawing will result in additional payment processing fees, which are usually paid by our company.

  6. HOW LONG DO WITHDRAWALS TAKE TO PROCESS?

    During working hours, pending withdrawals are usually processed within 1-2 hours.

  7. WHY IS IT THAT A WITHDRAWAL TO MY CARD TAKES DAYS WHILE A DEPOSIT IS IMMEDIATE?      

    This due to the restrictions imposed by the payment providers and a number of checks that take place before any withdrawal is processed.

  8. WHAT CAN HAPPEN IF THE CARD TO WHICH I WITHDRAWED THE MONEY IS EXPIRED OR INVALID?

    You will need to inform us of any changes to the card and provide proof of its expiration or indicate the reason for the change of payment method. Any new card must be registered with us and your Betsofa account.

  9. CAN I MAKE A WITHDRAWAL FROM MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE IT SENT TO SOMEONE ELSE?

    No, because it is considered as a breach to our Anti-Money Laundering policy.

  10. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS REGARDING MY WITHDRAWAL

    Withdraw request shall be processed if:

    1. There are no active bonuses.

    2. No unfinished transactions

    3. Withdrawal request does not contradict T&C paragraph 7.2.

  11. I HAVE JUST MADE A DEPOSIT, WHY CAN'T I GET MY MONEY BACK?

    Please note that your withdrawal can be processed only to the same payment method, that was used to deposit funds last time. Also, due to our Anti-Money Laundering policy, in order to process withdrawal, your total bet sum should be equal or more than your last deposit.
